Potential The Githyanki Warrior quest bug *spoiler*

So, I've progressed The Githyanki Warrior up until the point where you are given the task to "Return to the Inquisitor's Chamber". I have slain Ch'r'ai W'wargaz and allowed Lae'zel to use the zaith'isk (which resulted in in exploding). However, when I attempt to interact with the Planecaster in the Inquisitor's Chamber I get the dialogue box saying "Can't use this right now".

I've seen something online that suggested using Speak with the Dead on Ch'r'ai W'wargaz's corpse, however I was told that corpse did not want to speak to it's killer and then I cannot recast the spell on the corpse. I also tried casting Disguise Self and then recasting but it just says that the "Corpse can no longer speak".

I cannot get the quest to progress, and am unsure what to do as I would be losing around 4 hours of game time if I reload a save prior to killing the Inquisitor. Has anyone had a similar issue and had any success in fixing it?

You should check Lae'zel for a permanent debuff in her char sheet too. Might be worth going back a save if it annoys you. As for your situation I think you might be bugged out, although it wont stop anything from progressing the game, so if you don't mind then I don't think you need to go back. I failed to go to the creche entirely and Lae'zel's quest continued regardless, just a bit differently from how everyone else did.

Same for me yesterday. Was going nuts. When using Google, another topic about this was made 7th august. Link below. Apprently a bug and to be worked on by the devs. But i find it strange that they have not solved it so far if it has been known since 7th august atleast. There have been atleast two big patches untill to today. Please write here or so if you come up with a solution.
