I CAN say that this happens sometime after the Descent Into Avernus published adventure for 5th Edition D&D (Hence why there's displaced Tieflings from hell with nowhere to go). Descent happens somewhere between 1492 - 1494. So BG3 has to take place sometime post 1492.
