Sharpshooter not working
Still getting a -2 penalty to attack with my off hand crossbow from low ground...

Its literally a passive from a feat that isnt working correctly. "Your ranged weapon attacks do not receive penalties from High Ground Rules."

I'm having the same issue. Low Ground -2 still applying, playing with hand crossbows. I just leveled up and picked the feat, could be a bug relating to that.
