Bardic Inspiration bugged?
Says it gives a bonus to an ally's next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw. However, I have only seen it help with ability checks. The passive tab only lists ability checks as a possibility as well. Is this because of my particular Bard "subclass"?

Once you have given a recipient bardic inspiration, you need to - while they have the buff, go into their spellbook, to the reactions tab, and toggle the bardic attack, and bardic saves on. I also suggest setting them to ask, but that's personal preference.

It's a bit confusing I noticed it can be turned on and off. Similar to turning lethal and non lethal on. Like it's not a direct buff it seems more like one you have to manual activate and deactivate may also be limited per turns.

I know, but the tooltip only mentions ability checks.

Thank you. It's weird that you get a passive for the ability checks, but not any of this stuff.

been bugged for ages I just found out. I suggest changing it onm top right of hotbar to 'ask'. It works but remains as a buff indefinetely, but more like an inactive buff. If out of combat, 'shove' action to get rid of it prior to re-applying. With it being bugged, it does make playing bard pointless to an extent

For me, it works on every character except Karlach. Any other party member gains the defense roll or offence roll but Karlach ONLY has access to ability rolls, not the combat ones. She is literally the one person in my party that I need it on the most.
