Why are silenced enemies immune to thunder damage?
I understand if you're using that spell that creates a "bubble" of silence, since it essentially "mutes" all sound in the region, but what about enemies silenced by the Sussur Dagger, for example? Why are they immune to thunder damage? Just because enemies can't speak doesn't mean they can't hear. Or is the silence status effect like a personal shield preventing all sound where the creature is?

Yes, being inside that sphere and having immunity to thunder damage makes sense, like I said. But why are enemies silenced by, say, a dagger also immune to thunder damage?

Thunder is sonic damage.

Alright, I edited the OP to hopefully convey my thoughts a bit more clearly.

They put the area silence thunder immunity on the debuff and didn't bother to make a new one for the not area silenced effect. It's a bug, report it.

Well thats a bug because they used the same effect.

Yeah, the silence spell makes sense, but when someone was hit by my Susurr weapon they get silenced, and still are inmune to thunder dmg. It's ok as i wasn't using any kind of thunder, but anyway that's pretty stupid.

They shouldn’t be immune if they are silences via other source than the spell. Sounds like an oversight!

Thanks, everyone. I just wanted to double-check in case it was a normal DnD thing.
