Build planner?

Now that the game has been out a decent while is there a build planner available? I'm about to start my second play-through and want to have all my ducks in a row.

I mean, I know that's an option, I'd just like a place that I can plan out my builds in advance or theorycraft them without having to respec every single time.

for solo challenge run? otherwise what's the point. there's zero challenge in this game as shipped.
