Gloves of Battlemage's Power (Act 2, tollhouse)
I can't seem to get these gloves to work and give the character the "Arcane Acuity" buff. I've tried different characters, different spells, different types of attacks that indicate an attack roll is used in the tooltip, as well as just basic, regular attacks that inflict all sorts of conditions... nothing seems to work.


These are totally broken, right?
