I dont think this item work as advertised.
Roll... 19(1d20) +2 [source not stated, should be enchantment] +3 (proficiency) +1 (Bless) +3(stat modifier)=28

If it really adds another 1d4 it should add a minimum of +2. Which i was jazzed for but it looks like its false advertising.
Shouldnt matter but it was wyll as a blade warlock striking with a halberd. I was retarded so i gave him polearm master back in act 1.

It's written out wrong, it doesn't add the listed bonuses, those are the new totals.

So basically it ONLY adds +1d4 to spell attack rolls on top of a normal bless, which is pretty bad and mostly pointless unless you have a warlock
