Possible Wyrm's Crossing glitch?

I don't know if this is a glitch after today's patch, or if I did something to piss off the guards at Wyrm's Crossing.

I've been through there before. I had the way point. I've done some quest stuff in the area, been in the prison, been upstairs for a scene. No problems. But after the patch today, I was heading back to investigate something I think I might have missed in the prison and I can't fast travel directly to it. So I go to the South Span of Wyrm's Crossing and head north, but the bridge is up (was previously down when I gained access to the city).

So, I head to Basilisk Gate and backtrack and as soon as I approach the bridge coming out of the prison/fortress area, I'm immediately attacked by Fist guards and a Steel Watcher. No dialog or chance to talk. Just immediate combat.

Anyone else run into this? Did I ♥♥♥♥ up a reputation or something? Or is this a glitch? I don't get attacked anywhere else by the Fist or Steel Watchers (that I know of so far).

How did you get into the area? I know they gaurd the gate and stop you if you "force cross" but you can sneak in, did you do that?

Unless a trigger was reset by the patch and they no longer see you as having allowed access? Possible I guess.
