BG3 GOTY
Early reviews of Starfield look like its a flop. BG3 will get GOTY.

The shown combat was pure crap.

Getting told that you have an automated sequence of entering/leaving planets AND that planets have boundaries, aka invisible walls?

Of course Starfield is a flop, it's a Bugthesda game.

^ You don't buy Beth games for Beth, you buy them so a modder can completely remake them a year later.

Because BG3 doesn't have a single bug, right? Especially no bugs that have been there since the start of the EA and still haven't been fixed? Clown.

(and before you start, I don't like Bethesda, I think Skyrim is worse than its predecessors on pretty much every aspect that matters, and I have no intention to buy Starfield)

GOTY? Before this whole Patch Fiasco and reaching Act 3 i would have said yes but rn ... doesnt look good for Larian Studios - they do ♥♥♥♥ up a LOT for Post Launch.

If a game with so little soul as BG3 gets GOTY, I guess, gaming will never be the same.
Starfield , even with a 8/10 will make me feel 10x times more inmersed than BG3.

Yup. Bugthesda makes the skeletons of games sand expects modders to flesh it for them, free of charge. Or rather, they make modders pay for the privilige of finishing their games for them.
It'a a scummy tactic but hey, the modders are always ready & willing to be exploited.

That would be impressive, I would be very pleasantly surprised if Bugthesda finally hired an exterminator.

BG3 is a good game, but frankly the fact that Act 3 is so meh, and the fact that there is so much cut content leading to many triggered dialogue issues and a lack of a satisfying ending to the game means that I don't think BG3 deserves GOTY.

Plus Tears of the Kingdom was great...

Didn't realize they had an "Early Access GOTY" category, good for Larian!

Zelda: TotK will be getting the FULL RELEASE GOTY for sure.

Where have you seen Starfield is a flop? I've watched numerous videos saying it's great and pretty much bug free

Check out Mortismal video. ACG also gave positive review and says 'the game is great'

Two very reliable reviewers

indeed. I like Mortismal cause you know he actually played the game as opposed to guys who speed run it for 1 hour to get a review out.
