[Modding] How to apply textures in Blender?

There are a few types of textures, each holding a 'mask' for certain features.
I figured that the Red channel of the ..._CLEA.DDS needs to be connected to the 'Height' of a Displacement node, which goes into the Displacement of the Material Output. It looks most natural when the scale value is set to something between 0,0001 and 0,0005.
But what about the rest?
I connect the Green and Blue channels into the 'Factor' of a Mix node (set to Color, Mix), while I put "skin color" into 'A' and the other color (eyebrows or lips) into 'B', then I mix the results of each channel into another Mix (Color, Mix) with factor 0,5, but it looks terrible.
Has anyone figured out how do I need to set up my material for it to look like it does in the game, or at least close to it?

Also, the Normal Map, currently I'm using an image texture, where the Color Space is Non-Color, and I'm connecting the Color output into the Color input of the Normal Map node. I am using Object Space for the Normal Map, and using 1 for Strength, but it also looks terrible - makes the skin way too shiny/reflective and bright.
A screenshot, or detailed explanation of the node structure would be greatly apreciated :P

Okay, I did make a pretty decent setup, although it's far from perfect:

1-st one is the material, 2-nd is the CLEA and 3-rd is the HMVY
The head no longer looks weird (as long as the Normal Map is disconnected / unused)... although I'm still looking for ways to improve it...

Hello, normal map need to be remapped from RGBA to AGB via separate and combine nodes.

Hey, I know that this is kind of an old thread, but I thought that I would hop in and say that I actually made a recreation of the skin shader in blender a while ago (https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/4310) it's not 100% accurate to the game, but It's pretty close and gives you a good impression of what the textures look like in game. Hope this helps!
