Does anyone know where this guy relocates to after first contact. I want the Dwarven Thrower from ol dude, but he just ups and runs away after you talk to him, presumably to the House of Grief. But as I'm standing in the basement of the House now, he appears to not be here as far as I can tell.

BG3.wiki says if you don't trade with him when you first meet him, you will never see him again.

He never returns if you talk to him with Shadowheart in your party. You have to approach him without her or he will deliver an ultimatum and leave the city.
