I can't unequip ritual Dagger of Shar

I equipped the ritual dagger of Shar into Halsin, and now I can't unequip, I can't throw and when I move another weapon to equip shows a message saying that I can't unequip, and in the description of this item is not saying something like that. Someone passed by this same problem or know how to resolve?

Never stole it or equipped it, but maybe its cursed? Have you tried remove curse?

I tried use remove curse, but he isn't cursed

Read the description again, there usually says on the tool tip.

And it doesn't hurt to try drop the item on group right click on item and pick it up by another character. It's counted as a "forced" option because I can drop the "Twisted Binding" Necromancy of Thay which by default cannot be drop normally but right click menu drop item will drop it on the ground and "rebind" it to another character who picks it up

I tried throw the item, i tried killing Halsin and then loot his corpse, but i couldn't loot the dagger, tried change the class from halsin to Warlock and used the skill that I create a pact weapon on his hand, but the dagger continued on his hand, tried use disarm on him, showed up a message saying that the weapon was dropped, but the dagger still was equipped and I tried to drop the dagger and it didn't drop

I resolved equipping a torch, when I equipped the torch for some reason it was possible to unequip the dagger.
