If you save all 4 of the masked Paladins at the Teahouse what happens to them? Where do they go?

I knocked them out before the fight with Ethel? Then After I killed the hag I went back and looted the masks off them and healed them. Then I long rested and went back to talk to them and they are gone. Does anyone know what happens to them?

Im really happy that I was able to save all of them but it's bugging me that I don;t know but became of them, Maybe they could have left a not or something that says they wont to go fight another hag group pr something? I hope that I will find them again.

Unfortunately, I think they're dead. Knocking characters out, unless stated by the mission/characters in the fight, seems to be the same as just killing them.

Oh no, man I hope you are wrong because that would so suck. I hope they change that. Because they did those guys so dirty. The only ending they give is so save the one guy and the rest have scrambled brains with absolutely no way to remove the masks from the other victims. So messed up =(

afaik you can only save one of them (mask of regret) and even that can tend to bug out (wont talk to me at all but bf had no problems in his game)

you can knock them all out before the fight with the hag. then remove the masks after.

to be fair setting your weapons to "non lethal mode" isn't how swords work.

There’s only one character I’ve seen so far that you can knockout that actually has a change and that’s in act 3, won’t spoil who it is, but if you have another character in your party they will tell you to please knock him out rather than kill him. Another actual named character in a similar situation to the guys from act 1, you can knockout and all that, but when you king rest another character says they died.

im not sure what that has to do with the masked people down in aunty Ethel's house of horrors. I need to find out If I Should proceed with my save or not. I knocked the masked guys out and took their masks. They were alive. Then they disappeared. Does this mean they will show up later in the game or are they are bugged and are gone from the game?

It’s hard to explain without spoiling anything, but knocking out 99.9% of characters seems to just be the same as killing them ultimately

Sneak around them, then you have to kill hag, not to make a deal with her. They will join the battle but will stop being hostile after hag is dead. That's all, you saved them, you can talk to them. It's not worth it tho. They will not show up later.

I don't think you can help their minds, but I just let them all attack me while I took out Auntie Ethel. They all survive, but they're kind of stuck in different cycles. (Loves Auntie Ethel, Scared about the original reason they made a deal with her, Happy to be free, etc)

Edit: I still think it's worth saving them if you can though. They deserve a CHANCE to get better, even if it's offscreen.

based off of everyone's answers i went ahead a reloaded a previous save and not knocked them out. I wish there was a way your could help them all. It sucks you have to leave them like this and whats up with having to pay them money to get them to talk to you??? Really weird. I have to pay them each 1500 money each to get them to speek to me to be on friendly terms lol talk about a racket!

if you want to save them you can use a bait tank to lure them to the back of the cave while thee other 3 sneak past the waterfall and into the hidden alcove on the other side.
when the 3 are in place use invisibility on the tank and disengage and dash to the waterfall.

as far as where they go afterwards, they go home.

but how do you get the masks off them? Where is their hope? Do you ever see them again? That one lady says she plans on fighting the other hags, But the other 3 have the masks still on. IS there a ways to safely remove the masks from all 4 of them without scrambling their brains? And if so how do you do it.

You can easily kill Aunt Ethel before she runs into her lair, the Paladins will still be mentally screwed though, you can save the dwarf and the elf but that's about it.

Removing their masks kills them iirc.

As someone mentioned above, only the woman on the left when you enter through the invisible wall can be saved. The others are too far gone. She will turn up in the city in Act 3.

She has been buggy though . I had to kill her in my first game and yet she still showed up in the city when I got there.
