A companion paralyzed, what to do?

Hi, what to do when a companion is paralyzed for 10 rounds, except hit on the caster to wish make him lose his concentration?

Corrected option list:
1. Kill/break caste concentration
2. Paralysis healing potions
3. Restoration spells.

there a number of spells(and an arrow IIRC) that can cure paralysis or throw a potion that cures paralysis at them

Freedom of movement makes you immune to paralysis, lasts all day and doesn't require concentration.
