You Are Not Ready To Proceed

Is there any known solution (except load an old save) to unlock a companion.
I am currently on the road to Baldur's gate and when clicking I get the meesage "You are not ready to proceed".
From my understanding, it is because of my companion Lae zel, that might still be considered in prison in some way.
She cannot use go to the camp (but will still get healed after long rest), she cannot fast transport and she is not ready.
I have tried to kill to ungroup, kill, speak to ask her to leave the team nothing is resetting her.
So now I am stuck before ACT 3 ?

Same situation with me. Except two of my companions can’t travel, Lazel and Karlach.
