Because Minthara is a (for elves) young woman, who also clearly identifies as a woman. That being said, she would probably reluctant about becoming a mother, given what it means for Drow society, her position in life and the circumstances she is in.
If she has it with someone she deeply cares for, then I can see her keep the baby in the right circumstances.
If it is the result of a meaningless fling, she would probably do away with it without much hesitation. She really isn't a sentimental person, and since she broke with Lolth, offering it as a sacrifice to her is off the table. But then again, I am not particularly versed in how Drow culture regards childbirth and abortion.
