Act 2 - Go to Moonrise tower before house of healing?

I peeked through the window at the house of healing, and some crazy doctor seemed super high level. Should I be doing this later in Act 2? I've basically been at the last light inn, and done everything there, and that's about it.

Do whatever you want in Act 2 in whatever order you want, just don't enter the Sharran temple until you're ready.
