Ok so if you dont understand this, she has an attack called blood money on her weapon that does damage to you based on the amount of gold you have.

To get this achievement we defeat her in combat or persuade her to kill herself. If you persuade her, you should just get the achivement, if however you want to combat then below is how.
So how do we solve this issue? We dump all our gold in a box near by and we defeat her. If you dont have any gold on you and you defeat her in combat you will get the achievement.

How to defeat her? Well you can eliminate the skull , each one removes a piece of armour.
Or you can simply fight her, though it helps if you are strong enough to 1 round her , she is fairly easy even on tactician to kill in a single turn if you have even a mildly decent party.

I have the achievement. I have NEVER fought the toll collector.

I convinced her she was a bad person, and she offed herself. Achievement complete.

Telekinesis to make the boss take 600 fall damage is the fastest and easiest kill method. Skulls die immediately once the boss dies.

I was unable to get the achievement for persuasion kill. I had to fight her.

Yes this is also a method, though tbh, I just killed her in 1 turn, and the skulls died so whgatever way suits, the only thing that matters is you dont have any gold on you.

this may have been patched? I dont know, i finished act 2 within 4 days of release, and persuasion did not give the achievement. Because I had to reload for it. specifically for this reason.

yeh, if you can kill her within a couple turns i imagine it doesnt make much difference.

In my game she used this attack on 1st turn, insta downing 2 characters...
