Sibling Incest at Act 3 Brothel....Why put this in a video game?

Another way the game goes too far in terms of the over-sexualization & woke degeneracy is the brother & sister prostitute couple you meet in the Act 3 brothel.

I mean, I initially thought "oh interesting there's a brothel in Act 3" and I expected a brothel akin to what we see in Witcher 3 or Dragon Age Origins (where you can select a certain individual to provide you "services").

So I reach Act 3 and I find the most woke brothel ever. I was hoping for a cute elven female or such that I could romance there, thought maybe a funny scene would trigger if Shadowheart found me cheating on her, etc. - but nope that would be too normal.

Instead, I find the most disgusting option (beyond the bear secks and octopus secks they give you the option to partake in) - there's a brother sister drow couple and you can't even choose to select only ONE of them e.g. the drow female. Nope. You MUST engage in a foursome or nothing at all.

It's even implied they are incestuous with each other.

Not at all realistic writing for a high-fantasy medieval setting.

Iirc there IS actually Disguise Self-exclusive dialogue. I know I found at least one such option in the Early Access somewhere in the Underdark.

You can, for example you can shapeshit into a gith and get new dialogue same with drow

you quite literally CAN in this game. if you talk to the Githyanki patrol by the bridge just before the road to the shadowlands, if you are disguised as a gith, there are indeed special lines JUST for that specific case. game blows my mind sometimes. there are several other hidden dialogues for when you are digused as well.

They had a whole back story of escaping the underdark, etc etc. they were a legit drow twin brother and sister couple that commit heinous incest. with you too if you choose it.
