Save them before entering Gauntlet of Shar. Even if you go to Gautlet of Shar first you can save them later.
But the point here is that some quests you can take in the Towers that indicate some things to do inside the Gautlet of Shar.
That is great to hear. So as I've not gone to Moonrise Towers and not started Gauntlet of Shar the chance to save the tieflings in Moonrise Towers will not be affected by taking my time down there? Even if I go back to do all of Underdark from the Goblin Camp?
That sounds good. I'm not worried about not being able to go back. I'm more worried about going back and taking my time in Underdark should affect my chance to save the tieflings in Moonrise Towers. Worried that quest might be time sensitive. But it should be fine right?
Ah I see! So we are kinda in the same situation but we got there different ways! I've made a backup save at where I am now and will try to go do Underdark. If it f u c k s up my chance to keep the tieflings in Moonrise Towers alive I'll probably go back to that save. Even if it would suck to waste all those hours of play, gear and levels. I'm more in to getting the story done the way I want it on this first playthrough.
