can astarion turn others into vampires?
I heard somewhere that its possible, after you ascend astarion, to turn your other companions into spawn.

Is this in the game, or was this an idea that got cut?

I would not mind everyone having another +1 to abilities and such.

I don't think so, just based on what happens narratively. Your character doesn't even become a vampire vampire, they're just a spawn I think
