Caffeein shampoo?
But most of the time its just game engine capped.
You want hair physics like in witcher 3, that will load your GPU +40% more, then you need to wait for baldur gate 4
Changing face fixes some of the hairstyles on big body type. But if you want all hairstyles to not clip you gotta pick small body type.
Its just not tested enough. Larian might fix it in the future.
Hair is clipping because of big body type. Its not a bug but its just not adjusted.
Pretty sure it's not supposed to look like this regardless of body size:

However do keep in mind some hairs look patchy because they clip with the bigger head.
And they accurately mix them, not categories for "female" or "male" haircut.
Are any of your settings noticeably different to mine? I have everything on Ultra.
Also ther is no buzzcut in the game. Who the ♥♥♥♥ gives player option to choose hairstyle and not add buzzcut?
Its like serving icecream but without the icecream lol.
Normally when you zoom out from your character in the game, some parts of certain haristyles disappear the exact ones you show on your screenshots actually.
Its basicly a LOD thing. But i really don't understand why it looks like this in your character creation.

The problem is that I don't even have DLSS as an option under the Anti-Alias thing.
It says to use FXAA, but I don't see an option for that either. Ughhh.
