Questions regarding dual wielding.
Hello everyone. While wielding two weapons will the passive effect of the offhand weapon apply to our main hand weapon attacks or only when we attack with the offhand? Also if both our weapons have unique weapon skills will we be able to use them both?

As far as I know, if its a general/passive effect, then it always applies. If its a specific effect, then it only applies to the weapon.

The weapon abilities (eg: charge) only apply to that weapon's attack.

What about passive like the one that lowers crit chance by from 20 to 19? is this considered a general effect?

I am trying to weigh whether it is worth going dual wielding since dual wielding in this game consume bonus actions so there is a trade off unlike in previous games where normal attacks just automatically use both our weapons.
