Adamantine forge 2nd time cannot insert ore help1

t's basically the bug where you kill the guardian on the press rhen the crucible where you put the ore isn't interactible. Tryied long rest, using controller to highlight the items and the crucible isn't showing up in the list of usable it objects. any solution to this?

yes.

basically what i did:

1 . insert the mould
2. insert the ore
3. turn on lava valve
4. fight boss
5. end fight
6. loot the adamantium armor
7. eject the mould.
8 raise platform back up.
9. after that i cannot interact with the crucible where you have to insert the the ore. i can insert the new mold and the animation plays properly, but there's no way to insert the ore since i cannot interact with the ore stuff.

Also had this on different playthroughs, it lead me to think that maybe you have to craft all pieces during the fight.

This is probably a stretch/long shot, but have you tried flooding the platform with lava again, waiting in turn-based mode (maybe pulling the hammer lever again while lava is present) until the lava goes away?

Disclaimer: For me the only problem with the forge ever was the lava only going away in turn-based mode, otherwise I could forge 2 items no problems, so I have no idea if that'll actually help.

Edit: also if the platform is up, shouldn't there be another lever that allows it being lowered down again, maybe you can only put the ore in while the platforms is down? Or the bug is that you just can't go down again?

Enter the ore

Flood the floor with lava

Hit the lever

There are a few people reporting 2nd attempt to be buggy. Can try to reload before boss attempt?

i re-did the fight, it ssems you cannot kill the golem with the hydraulic press thing. i only reduced its HP to 20-ish then finish it off with regular attack now the forge works. dunno if it's intentional or a bug.

It's because you raised the platform

Any solution to this? I am also stuck at not being able to lower the platform again.

From a loot perspective that is sad - from a story perspective it seems valid (but intended?) that this old thing is totally broken ;-)

Try progressing to Act 2 then return to forge, the corpse of the mech should vanish.

If you pressed the button and raised the platform, in order to lower the platform again. simply feather fall off the platform and press the button on the lower platform again.

The issue I have is that I've done everything above (raise/lower the platform, insert the ADM and mold, hit the level), but the lava valve to open/release the lava is stuck, it won't turn. I'm even using a potion of Hill Giant strength for a 21 STR. "Won't budge."
I was only able to make the one item. Not both.

I was only able to make the one item. Not both.

This is exactly my issue. I can raise and lower the platform and there is no lava. I can't interact with the ore container at all and the lava wheel won't turn...

This happened to me. Go to camp and long rest. I was able to get it working but reported this to Latina and it's a known bug.
