If you don't kill Karlach for Wyll is there any way to get rid of his horns?
I haven't seen anyone saying if you could get rid of the horns if you spare Karlach. I played Wyll as my origin character (regrettably) and killed Karlach because I didn't want him to look like a freak for the rest of the game. I know Mizora says it'd be hard if not impossible to fix him I was wondering if that's even an option.

I do not believe there is a way to "fix" it. If there is it's probably tied to his questline but I'm fairly certain he remains a cambion, horns and all.

They're invisible obviously.

Being turned into a "Fiend" is one of the punishments that devils execute for failing to fulfil the pact, other options include giving them a permanent flaw, taking all their belongings or straight up turning them into a Lemure.

So I think wyll gets off easy

But as Mizora said, some magic even she can't undo, nothing short of divine intervention can undo the change, it's permanent, and the divine intervention we DO get in this game doesn't seem to have any affect.

So no, it's permanent.

It never comes up as an option.

He doesn't actually become a Cambion, he just gains 'devilish features' which is traditional for disobeying/breaking pacts, often with the next strike being loss of soul.

fair.

The loss of soul pretty much happens if you try to Kill Mizora in Moonrise towers, resulting in the end of Wyll.

No.

You're told that they are permanent. If you want no horns, then you need to fulfill the contract and kill Karlach before Mizora arrives.

I think players used to be able to cheese it by recruiting Karlach, killing her, then rezzing her after Mizora appears in game and rewards Wyll.
