Oliver missing - HELP

I found Oliver,play with him a game and after that i helped to cursed soldier to wake up from nightmare, druid in my party told me i need to find Oliver again ...i found him again but he dont interact - just stayin there...i kill him by accident because i trigger combat with monsters on left side of map there ( it triggers their attack maybe because i was there before and i get items around them and runs away...) wich leads me to druid again and he told me it doesnt matter if i kill him because he can respawn. I made long rest and goes there again and he still not interact with me. I kill him again and he vanished in animation like he wanna run away. Now i dont know where to find him and how to talk with him. Any help?

Got the same kind of bug. Oliver is nowhere to be found.

Someone on reddit " Hi, so for anyone who killed Oliver before ever talking to halsin, or progressing that whole quest line. When you go back to the house with flowers, if Oliver is just standing there waiting for you and you can’t talk to him or left click on him to initiate a conversation. Right click and attack him. He runs off inside of the house where a shadow portal is at. No speech required. Took me about 10 minutes to figure it out. Hope it helps someone. 🤙🏻" but i dont know what shadow portal he means :/
