how to remove poison gas cloud after killing Nere in underdark?

I cannot find any vents and fire does nothing to remove the cloud i the chamber after killing Nere, any ideas please?

Ignore it, I opened the doors past it and you get nowhere. Just loot the corpse and leave it at that.

There is a spell. Gust wind, something like that. Works like a charm.

with the fog cloud and wind gust spells.

Only thing I can think of is gust of wind spell but I never tried it. I usually just drink a poison resistance elixir and run through.

There is something if you care about visual storytelling. If you open the doors it gives you a little bit of story progression towards a certain questline. This game is however built to allow you to skip story progression parts, so it is skippable if you don't care.

You can explore it if you have the blue poison nullify ring you get earlier on. Just isn't worth it, and dare I say it, seems like more cut content.

You don't need to. Not because there's nothing there, it's just that this one doesn't do damage anyway, so walk through it, no big deal.

Oh yeah but it was such a small piece of information it didn't seem worth it to me.

Hah, I didn't even risk it because I was low hp due to clearing everything before hand, I slapped on my poison ring and used misty step.

I ran thru that poison cloud, no problem. I threw saving throws thru. nice view on the other side :)
