Did you take their Camp Clothes and underwear away and then Toggle the Camp Look box on the Right above the camp clothes slot?

no. when I have left the camp site they are wearing normal clothes not the armor they are supposed to have.

Gale has a problem with flashing me at random. Dude can't keep an outfit on to save his life; it's especially bad if I'm not using him for hours on end.

bug, at act3 it started for me, they sometimes even took their clothes of as I entered the camp.

It all happened after I selected "Helmets off during convo" since then chars were very inconsistent.

Even before patch 1, but only in underwear after patch one.
