How to save Mayrina

I know, this was discussed before, but I'm stuck. I was in Ethel's house, spoke both to her and Mayrina, than Mayrina disappeared. I can't go through the chimney . Do I have to kill Ethel first? But she is not hostile, just wants an eye from me.

Yeah go ahead and attack her or push the whole Mayrina thing with her till she's hostile. Chimney is bugged atm so you have to jump through.
