Tadpole removal:Spoilers
What are the buffs/debuffs of getting the tadpole removed? Hag gives you a debuff

The Zazithisk removal ruins your character by giving up to 3 debufs of -2 (int/con/wis.) This is supposed to be fixable the fix the devs put in doesn't work for most if anyone.

Volo's gets you See Invisibility.

Actually you can do it without -buff but it requires luck and a sequence

All attempts to remove it fail. There is one attempt that ends in a significant debuff and one that ends in a really good buff. Looks like you found the former.

They remove the debuff part in full release.
