As for breaking invisibility, that one is a tad trickier, but guess that's just balance reasons so you don't get to repeat it infinitely.
Was obnoxious trying to pull the lever to release the spiders in the goblin camp 10 different ways and the guards kept stopping it, when realistically they should react AFTER I pull it
Also what's even the point of mage hand if it can't pull levers.

I used mage hand to move a lever so I am for sure this is possible.
