Lae'zel in camp but not a party member

*SLIGHT spoiler for the start of ACT 1*
After a scene in the very beginning of the game, Lae'zel killed me with my consent during a night at camp.
She said in the scene that she would eventually kill the whole party and herself but after I died, I assumed the game would end. It didn't so I used Shadowheart to rez me with Withers.

THE BUG:
Ever since then, Lae'zel's camping tent has been gone, she stays idol in front of Karlach's tent. I can speak with her BUT she will NOT join my party. The color of her character ring is yellow as well (Which I believed was for NPCS? while blue and green are for members in your party or able to add party members. ) She still gets new dialogue occasionally also.

Has anyone gotten this bug?
Anyway to fix it or at least help it?

P.S. I'm also still in ACT 1.
Anyone know if it fixes itself later on?

Pretty sure that game should infact have ended at that point, so i'd vote "bug" on this one.

Heard this one before, I think it is a bug. Either the game should have died, or Lae'zel should have left.

In general, not letting NPCs kill you is often the best approach to all kinds of situations.
