Best bet is to just reload previous save. The game automatically does auto-saves depending on scenes you encounter.
But the real question is why spam through dialogue in an RPG game that is heavy in dialogue to begin with? If you dislike the character to the point of no desire in exploring their story, could just either leave them in camp and never talk to them, or select the dialogue options that get them removed, or killed.
