How to take mask off from captain Grisly.

Anyone knows? Ot I have to kill him?

Sneak past the thralls and fight the hag. She'll summon them anyway usually, but you can ignore them and finish her off which will save them. I managed to land Hold Monster on her and it lasted for 3 turns, which was enough for me to take out the spores and take her out before she could summon them. Don't forget to turn on non lethal damage when you "kill" her.

Also, there's another way to approach her, so you don't have to knock her out and can go straight for the killing.

ignore mobs, kill muishrooms, then hag.
