He's a pretty bad guy :) It would be a very thematic choice for a lightning based Tempest Cleric / Wild Magic Sorc.

No, not at all. He only requires that his clergy is of good alignment. It's probably just mistranslated. Seems like the Polish text could use some updates in a few different places.
Or take a level or 2 in fighter, ranger, 3 in sword bard, etc.
And i do not particulary like multi-classing clerics.
I mean. I understand wishing we could just do X. But there's very simple ways to play what you want, but you choose not to pursue.
Honestly, the 3.5 and 2e Sword dancers are best represented by College of Sword Bards in 5e.
We do find one of her 20 swords...
