Save Edit or NPC Reputation Edit/Console Command?

Hey all. Not bothering with spoiler tagging so caveat emptor.

Think I've hit my first bug in Patch 1. At Last Light Inn, my entire reputation with Dammon went from full green to just shy of "kill on sight". Dude won't talk to me or anyone else I control, and I've never been caught picking his pocket or doing anything else untowards. Even rescued Isobel without any collateral damage, yet the entire outdoor area of Last Light Inn (except the lady vendor, thankfully) shuns me as if I'd committed some terrible crime.

Have a bug report into Larian. Not expecting much since I expect the few people they have processing submissions are overtasked, so to that end I have a request of the forum here.

Have you found a way to edit a save, perhaps to set reputation value on a particular NPC?
Have you happened upon a way to resolve my situation that isn't what I just asked?

Working on my own exploration of the save file, hung up on a LSPK extractor for Linux but I'll find that soon enough.
