Lae'zel?

After the tutorial, I met her for the first time at Mountain Pass, where I was level 3 or 4 and the enemies were level 5 and 6, which I couldn't defeat. So I decided not to fight there. The next time I found her, behind the passage near the Goblin Camp, she was already dead.
I saw in a video that you can meet her much earlier, right after the tutorial near the beach in a cage.
Now I wanted to know if that would have been the only way to save her?

2 ways:
- save her from the cage near druids' grove
- if you ignore this part of map long enough and go straight to the githyanki location (or just leave Lae'zel in that cage), Lae'zel will rescue herself and walk to the githyanki at her own. If you saw this cutscene, and leave, then she's instantly dead. If you participate in dialogue she can be saved.
Btw, you can actually deceive githyanki, and not picking up a fight

But I guess that it is not salvageable in my current game state and I would have to load a much earlier game state?

well you can try revive scroll on her, but my guess is ye, you lost her

Future reference? Explore more. The fog of war on the map it clearly shows points you haven't explored yet.

If she was killed before you save her you can just revive her with a scroll. No biggie.
