Has anyone figured out how to cycle targets on PC?

I play this on PC and on Steam deck and one feature I found useful on steam deck with controller is the ability to cycle through targets one at a time using the d pad. Has anyone found a way to cycle targets like this with mouse and keyboard? Its not a huge deal but there was one fight ( the shadow surgeon fight ) where the enemies stood on each others hitbox and I was unable to target the weaker enemy because she was completely covered by the surgeons hitbox.

I highlight enemies on the TOP BAR with my mouse, and it shows me who they are with a circle under them

If you click on the portraits at the top it will focus on the character you clicked on and they will be highlighted. You just click on the portraits until it targets the enemy you want

Also if you're pedantic about the direction your characters are facing in combat (especially after their actions are used up) you can simply hover over whichever enemy is on the screen that you please and the character will turn to face it, then you can end that character's turn.
