[SPOILER] Wulbren
Considering the strong suicide bomber vibes that Wulbren is giving off, I'm tempted to just right-click him and pick the "Attack" option while he is a non-hostile NPC at the end of Act II. Would I deprive myself of interesting content in Baldur's Gate if I did that?

Without too many spoilers, leave him alive. Once in Act III, he will give you a bomb quest but you will be able to direct its path if you don't want to do it. In some measure you can also decide his fate with it.

Totally the suicide for your side, bomber type.
I agree with Mr Otter to keep him alive.
