Like the title says, I just finished the Zaith'Isk encounter at the Monastery Creche, I pulled Lae'zel out before it killed her, it blew up, the "doctor" got all mad that I blew up her machine and stormed off saying she was going to tattle on me. Now I'm locked in the damned room and cannot find a way to get the door open or get out. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Smash the door. Or unlock it. You're not missing anything.

Fast travel out. Getting through the door will aggro everyone. Unless you want that, then break it down or something.

She basically wants to kill you for your tadpoles and has riled up the hospital ward against you. You can fast travel or you can break down the door and kill them (it shouldn't alert the entire creche, at least for me it did not).
