The game itself implies that already, as you find him in a shrine/temple of Jergal to begin with and not to forget the ending scene, after all the hero/villain stuff.

It's the worst kept secret in the game so whatever. Also, if you read the books in the game it practically screams at you that you are hanging out with the Bone Daddy himself.
