In one of my Save game file play through in Act 3, I got infectious greed condition from Hellisk. How to get this condition?

Hey man, recently saw this on my playthrough as well. To get it you must maximize the trading relationship you have with Helsik. (maybe just green is required) Easiest way is to reset to level 1 using Withers, then hand her (600?) gold to max it out using that character. Rinse and repeat for everyone else.
