Lower FPS when not in focus?

I keep BG3 open when at work, but it just uses my GPU unnecessarily. Due to the long loading times, I won't open and close it all the time. Any way to, like in most (or almost all) games, can you lower the FPS to a bare minimum or even pause it when the game is not in focus (alt-tabbed)?

The game is already doing it for me. I don't know if their are options to tailor it further, but if I click away to my second monitor I can see BG3 running at what doesn't even look like 30 fps.
