Mizora not at the camp?
So i talked with her and said she had an offer regarding wyll father and that she will wait at the camp, i'm at the camp but i can't find her

Yes she eventually showed up after i entered the next area or even at the entrance of it i can't remember exactly but she will come around eventually you need to advance a bit

She should turn up at Wyrm's Crossing as you try leaving after meeting Gortash.

Seeing this post just made me realize she was supposed to be at my camp too, where I just went before closing the game, and she wasn't. Maybe because I'm staying at the tavern? I've read certain events don't trigger when camp is at the tavern.

She sometimes bugs out and technically isn't there. Restart usually fixes this for me.

She has her place in the tavern but to avoid bug i suggest talking to her in the "basic" lower city camp at least once before getting there

Taking and extra long rest should also help

She showed up in a cut scene as soon as I clicked long rest, and then she was in the camp after that. So I can confirm staying at the tavern isn't a problem here (or shouldn't be, unless there's a bug).

It's not a bug just Tavern could trigger some other interactions before others so it can lose priority
