Taking damage twice bug
I can't say for sure if there isn't something odd going on but I started a new game on tactician and went to fight the goblins in the cave at the druid settlement and for some odd reason damage numbers we're ticking twice and I was taking insane damage on attacks, the only time it applied to me was when I had astarion swing with a dagger. I though it might be poison but the damage tick was grey so it should be physical. Only noticed it in this area so far seems to be an odd bug

It has nothing to do with goblins, the double damage bug even applies fall damage twice.
My friend took fall damage once when the game decided she was falling, then again when they hit the ground. (said damage for 5.8m, then 5.9)

That's called emotional damage.
