Wizard: spell slots don't recover after long rest

It's probably a noob question, sorry in advance, but I don't understand what the cause is.
As I wrote in the title, I have a wizard character and I'm at the beginning of the game. Until a day ago I was able to recharge his spell slots with a long rest or even a short one, partially. Now I have empty slots even immediately after a long rest. Could someone help me understand why this is so?

did you assign 80 food for the rest period? partial rest only restores some spell slots

worth noting its only 80 on tactician. 40 on normal. but yes this sounds like the case, you need camp supplies to actually restore your stuff

i have a similar bug on my sorcerer with the tadpole power freecast, they tried to fix the bug that wouldnt require a long rest for it to reset but now it doesnt reset at all even after long rest. My guess is the fix messed up something that triggers the reset for spell slots.

How did you end up fixing this? I'm currently having the same problem but haven't yet come up with a solution.
