BG3 Sha Same Self Trial

Hey guys, I had the spear of night whilst fighting in the same self trial, i got disarmed but now the spear is no where to be found and I can't go further in the quest line, anyone had this before??

Nah, but I found a duplicate of the weapon I was wielding on my custom character next to it's copy :P

Same bug here, got disarmed by my copy, weapon disappeared
Sucks that I have to save scum and reload cause of this.

Did the fix for the weapon duplication cause this?

I think it's intended, they drop the weapon when killed. Not disarmed!
