Its weird though, it kind of leaves a quest open when you rescue everyone, which is why i stumbled across your post. It says to speak to all the survivors after they are saved and you can't "close the quest" because shes dead and the game wants you to speak to everyone. (I forgot who she was which is why i searched this forum for Alfira)
No big deal though, I spent 5 minutes wandering around the inn looking for her, but at least i can stop now, lol.
You positive?
I did get it on my second Durge playthrough by knocking her out before the night in question. Another bard shows up in her place. The game then progresses with Alfira alive.
I checked your profile, and saw that you did not have the "Leave no one behind"-achievement. Are you sure about this?
you dont have the achievement. stop lying and wasting peoples time
