Lay on Hands heals less for me after Patch 1
So, I have had 1 level into Paladin for a while now and now up to 7 in Warlock. So far Lay on Hands has still scaled with me, but after the patch it now only heals for 2 or 4. This intended or a side effect of the patch?

Intended, it now only counts paladin level as it should instead of character level

Definitely weakens the power of a dip into paladin though
